Are you interested in fitting oral history into your library’s repertoire, but you don’t know where to begin? Join oral historians Jeff Corrigan (oral historian, State Historical Society of Missouri at the University of Missouri) and Mary Larson (associate dean for special collections, Oklahoma State University Library) for a one-hour webinar that will provide an introduction on the ways in which libraries can use oral history from collection development and programming to community engagement. The presenters will begin with the basics — what is oral history? What does it contribute? They will also offer suggestions on related technology and programming ideas for all ages. Time will be allotted for questions at the end of their presentation.
